Starting the conversation

Initial Contact
We first schedule a free 10-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and see if my approach is right for you. If we are a good match, we schedule the first evaluation session.

Evaluation
In the early sessions, we begin by making sense of your experiences—what feels difficult, what feels important, and what you would like to shift. From there, we outline goals that reflect your priorities and values.

Intervention
In the core phase of therapy, we explore recurring emotional and relational patterns as they arise—both in your life and in our work together—creating space for new ways of relating.
